Q: I have a lot, but no home design. Where do I start?

A: Make an appointment with Laurel Haven Homes for a consultation. There we will explain our philosophies and procedures, learn about the client's design ideas, and discuss the client's budget. We can also discuss interim and permanent financing if necessary. From there we set an appointment with an architect/designer and meet on your lot to become familiar with its unique features.

Q: How do I select a lot?

A: What is important to you? The school district, living in a gated community, being on golf course, having hill country view, topography? Laurel Haven Homes has a great number of lots from which to choose. We will assist you in locating the lot that best suites your wants and needs.

Q: Do you have any custom homes already being built? I am moving into the area in the next few months and don't have time to build a custom home from the ground up.

A: Laurel Haven Homes has many beautiful homes available in a number of premier communities. Look in the "available properties" section of our website for the latest homes under construction.

Q: How do I make selections for my custom home? The choices seem so overwhelming!

A: Laurel Haven Homes has an award winning on-staff designer to guide you through these important decisions. Her experience and training will help make sure that your home and selections match your vision.
