Michael Demarco, VP of Business Operations, possesses extensive real estate and new home sales experience. Formally an Area Sales Manager for a national home builder, he personally generated over 30 million dollars in sales in neighborhoods throughout Austin. Michael is also a licensed real estate agent and can assist you with lot purchase contracts. Michael has formed many associations with local Realtors to keep abreast of market opportunities and upcoming development areas.
Over the past decade Curt Sexton, VP of Construction, has personally overseen the construction of hundreds of homes in the Austin area. While working for a national home builder, Curt gained a solid reputation for his management capabilities, earning numerous Superintendent accolades. With a degree in Construction Management he has the training and experience to complete your custom home with personal attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. In addition, Curt's construction record in the Austin area has earned him valuable knowledge in the often tedious permitting and inspection processes required of home builders and developers.
