With a degree in Construction Management I have the training and experience to complete your custom home with personal attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. In addition, I have earned valuable knowledge with my vast experience in the Austin area in the often tedious permitting and inspection processes required of home builders and developers. I am the leader and advocate for your project, I take responsibility for the process along with the quality and success of every home I build. I manage every detail so you don’t have to. Our Team
- On Staff Designer to help you through the process of your new home selections.
- Superintendents to ensure quality of workmanship, monitor all aspects of construction and management of time during the building process.
- Construction Manager / Purchasing Manager to work on buying power, vendor relations, point of contact during building process and conduct all buyer walks and standing meetings.
- Accounts Payable Person to ensure all billing, payments, credits, draws and insurance are complete and accurate for each home.
- Business Development Manager that focuses on bid and specifications of your new home, the contracting of your home and facilitating the closing with the title companies.
- VP of Construction to ensure ease of flow and continuity during construction.
